Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://captainsplumbingllc.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Captain's Plumbing LLC markets and arranges Residential Plumber, Licensed Plumber, Residential Plumbing, New Construction Plumbing, Leak Repair Service, Drain Cleaning Service, Sewer Repair, resedential plumbing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://captainsplumbingllc.com is the property of Captain's Plumbing LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
